We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders. Expedited shipping options, including UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air, are available at checkout for an additional fee. We also offer complimentary international shipping on orders over $250 USD.

Domestic orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Additional shipping options, including expedited delivery, are available at checkout for a fee.

Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled and shipped separately. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive separate shipping confirmation emails with tracking details for each package.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or hotels. Freight forwarders are permitted, but we recommend confirming your forwarder’s policies for receiving apparel shipments before placing your order.

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

Shipping and delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided directly by the carrier and are intended as general guidelines only.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, and actual transit times may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather, customs clearance, or carrier delays.

Once an order has been collected by the shipping carrier, PLAYALUXE is not responsible for delivery delays. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend allowing extra time when selecting your shipping method.
