We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders. Expedited options including UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available at checkout for an additional fee. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service level.

All U.S. orders ship via UPS Ground with delivery estimates displayed at checkout. Need it faster? Choose an express option at checkout for guaranteed delivery within 1–2 business days.

We ship worldwide via UPS or DHL. All duties and import taxes are prepaid by PLAYALUXE. You won’t be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled and shipped separately. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive separate shipping confirmation emails with tracking details for each package.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or hotels. Freight forwarders are allowed, but please confirm your forwarder’s policies for receiving apparel shipments.
