How do I place an order?
Select your preferred size and color on the product page, then add the item to your cart and check out securely. We offer both in-stock and pre-order styles.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and Affirm.
When will I be charged?
Your payment method will be authorized at checkout and charged once your order ships.
What is your order processing time?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
In-stock orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. Pre-orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address entered at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic U.S. orders and complimentary international shipping on orders over $250 USD.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We accept international orders, and available shipping options and final charges are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Are duties and taxes included for international orders?
Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. Final charges are shown before you complete your order.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.
How can I track my shipment?

When will my order be delivered?
Delivery timelines shown at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual transit times may vary due to weather, customs clearance, or carrier delays.
Can my order ship in multiple packages?
Yes. Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled and shipped separately. If this happens, you will receive separate shipping confirmation emails with tracking details for each package.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible full-priced merchandise within 14 days of delivery. International orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. A 10% restocking fee applies to returns and is waived for exchanges.
Are sale items eligible for return?
Orders placed using promotional discount codes, excluding our Welcome Offer, are eligible for size exchange or store credit only.
What condition must items be in to be eligible for return?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with hangtags, hygienic liners, and packaging included.
Do you offer free return shipping?
Yes. Complimentary return shipping is available for domestic orders.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. We offer complimentary exchanges on eligible full-priced domestic orders within 14 days of delivery.
How do I start a return?

How do I request an exchange?
To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive an item that appears damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
When will my return be processed?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
