We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and Affirm. Your payment method will be authorized at the time of purchase and charged once your order ships. Your billing address must match the information linked to your payment method.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. In-stock items ordered before 12 PM EST ship the same business day. You’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and tracking details once processing is complete.

Pre-orders allow you to secure products ahead of launch. Your card is authorized at checkout and charged once the pre-order ships. Estimated shipping timelines are provided on the product page. Pre-order dates are subject to change, and you will be notified by email if there are significant delays.

Orders for in-stock items cannot be cancelled once placed. Pre-orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us if you would like to cancel a pre-order. Eligible orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

International orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) with duties and taxes pre-paid with no additional fees charged at delivery.
