HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Select your preferred size and color on the product page, then add the item to your cart. We offer both in-stock and pre-order styles across current collections and upcoming releases. For additional assistance, contact us.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and Affirm. Your payment method will be authorized at checkout and charged once your order ships. Your billing address must match the information associated with your payment method.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders allow you to reserve select styles ahead of launch. Your card is authorized at checkout and charged once the order ships. Estimated shipping timelines are listed on the product page. Pre-order dates are subject to change, and you will be notified by email if there are any significant delays.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders for in-stock items cannot be cancelled once placed. Pre-orders may be cancelled any time before shipment. To request a pre-order cancellation, please contact us. Eligible orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), with duties and taxes prepaid at checkout. No additional fees will be charged at delivery.
