RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer complimentary returns and exchanges for domestic orders.

Returns and exchanges are accepted for full priced merchandise if initiated within 14 days of the order delivery date. International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. The fee does not apply to exchanges.

Items purchased with a promotional discount code, except for our Welcome Offer promotion, are eligible for size exchanges or refunds as store credit only.

Returns are subject to approval. All returned merchandise must be unworn and unwashed, with all original hangtags and hygienic liners attached. Any packaging, bags, or promotional items included with the original order must be returned.

Same-sized matching set purchases (bikini sets and cabana sets) must be returned or exchanged as a full set.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

We offer complimentary return shipping for domestic orders. Please use the pre-paid return shipping label included with your order. If you cannot locate this label, please contact Client Services to request a new one.

Once a return or exchange is initiated, we kindly ask that the item(s) be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return label. If the return label has not been scanned by the carrier within 7 days of initiation or issuance, the return request will be voided, and the label will no longer be valid.

Currently we do not accept returns or exchanges for International Orders.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution and may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
