Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible full-priced merchandise within 14 days of delivery. International orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. A 10% restocking fee applies to returns and is waived for exchanges.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all hangtags, hygienic liners, and packaging included. Returns received without the required tags or packaging will not be eligible for refund. In these cases, we may, at our discretion, either return the item(s) to you at no cost or issue store credit for the value of the item(s).

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Orders placed using promotional discount codes, excluding our Welcome Offer, are eligible for size exchange or store credit only.

Exchanges

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us with your order number.

Return Shipping

We offer complimentary return shipping for domestic orders. Once your return request is approved, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you. Return packages must be scanned by the carrier within 7 days of label issuance. If the label is not used within 7 days, the return will be cancelled.

Domestic Returns

Domestic returns are available for eligible full-priced merchandise returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed once the return has been received and approved.

International Returns

At this time, international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that appears to damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@playaluxe.com. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Once processed, please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
