We offer both in-stock and pre-order items to provide access to current collections and upcoming launches.

When placing an order, your card will be authorized at the time of purchase and charged once your order has shipped.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.

Orders for in-stock items that are placed before 12 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day.

Orders for in-stock items cannot be cancelled. If you would like to return or exchange your order you may do so within 14 days of the order delivery date.

Pre-orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled by contacting Client Services.

International orders may be subject to additional import duties or taxes. Please confirm with your local customs office for current rates prior to placing an order. PLAYALUXE is not responsible for additional import duties or fees once your order has been shipped.
