RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges for full priced merchandise within 14 days of delivery. International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
A 10% restocking fee applies to returns but is waived for exchanges.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original hangtags, hygienic liners, and packaging. Returns received without tags or packaging will not be eligible for refund. At our discretion, we may either (a) return the items to you at no cost, or (b) issue store credit for the value of the items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Orders purchased with promotional discount codes (excluding our Welcome Offer) are eligible for size exchanges or store credit only.
Yes. Complimentary return shipping is offered for domestic orders. Please use the pre-paid return label that will be emailed to you after initiating a return.
