We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders. Expedited options including UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available at checkout for an additional fee.

We offer complimentary international shipping for orders over $250 USD. Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout and orders are shipped DDP with no additional fees due upon delivery.

Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled and shipped separately. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive separate shipping confirmation emails with tracking details for each package.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or hotels. Freight forwarders are allowed, but please confirm your forwarder’s policies for receiving apparel shipments.

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

Shipping and delivery estimates displayed at checkout are provided directly by the carrier and are intended as general guidelines only.

Please note that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Actual transit times may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier delays. PLAYALUXE is not responsible for delivery delays once an order has been collected by the shipping courier.
