We offer complimentary standard shipping for domestic orders. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Express and 2nd Day Air options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Orders are shipped via complimentary UPS Ground Shipping with estimated delivery times shown at checkout. Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Orders are shipped via UPS or DHL, with shipping rates and estimated delivery times calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery for customers outside the U.S. We recommend checking with your local customs office for current rates prior to purchase. PLAYALUXE is not responsible for additional duties or taxes once an order has shipped.

Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled and shipped separately. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive separate shipping confirmation emails with tracking details for each package.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, hotels, or freight forwarders. If you encounter an issue entering your address at checkout, please contact Client Services.
