ORDERS & PAYMENT

How to Place an Order

Select your preferred size and color on the product page and add the item to your cart. We offer both in-stock and pre-order items so you can access current collections and upcoming launches. For additional assistance, contact Client Services.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and Affirm. Your payment method will be authorized at the time of purchase and charged once your order ships. Your billing address must match the information linked to your payment method.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. In-stock items ordered before 12 PM EST ship the same business day. You’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and tracking details once processing is complete.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to secure products ahead of launch. Your card is authorized at checkout and charged once the pre-order ships. Estimated shipping timelines are provided on the product page. Pre-order dates are subject to change, and you will be notified by email if there are significant delays.

Order Cancellation

Orders for in-stock items cannot be cancelled once placed. Pre-orders can be cancelled if they have not yet shipped by contacting us. Eligible orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

International Orders

International orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — duties and taxes are pre-paid by PLAYALUXE, so no additional fees will be due at delivery.
